Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of ChartsFun (the “Service”), available at https://chartsfun.in and operated by Gaurav Vashisht (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What ChartsFun is
ChartsFun is a software tool for researching stocks listed on Indian exchanges. It provides charts, screeners and scanners, sector and money-flow analytics, watchlists and related data views.
2. Not investment advice
ChartsFun is an information and analytics tool only. Nothing on the Service is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Scanner results, scores, rankings and backtest statistics are generated automatically from market data and past performance, which does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Please consult a SEBI-registered adviser before investing.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.
- One account is for one person. Sharing or reselling access is not allowed.
4. Plans and payment
- ChartsFun offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The features included in each plan are described on the Service and may change over time.
- Pro is sold for a fixed period (for example monthly, quarterly or yearly) at the price shown at checkout, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- If you choose an auto-renewing plan, you authorise us to charge the renewal until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- All Pro purchases are final and non-refundable, except for payment errors — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, copy, resell or redistribute data or content from the Service; use bots or automated tools to access it; attempt to bypass plan limits, security or access controls; reverse-engineer the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.
6. Data and availability
Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may be added, changed or removed.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, scores and content belong to Gaurav Vashisht. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own research while your account is active.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bahadurgarh, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
