Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data ChartsFun collects, why, and your choices. It is written to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account details: your username; if you sign in with Google, your name and email address from Google. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes.
- Your settings and content: watchlists, drawings, layouts, flags and custom sectors you save.
- Broker connections (optional): if you connect a broker (e.g. Dhan or Fyers) for live prices, its access token is stored encrypted and used only to read prices. ChartsFun cannot place orders.
- Payments: plan, amount, date and transaction ID. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partner and never reach us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and fixing problems.
How we use it
- To provide the Service and sync your data across devices.
- To manage your plan, process payments and send service emails (welcome, payment and Pro confirmations).
- To protect the Service from abuse, scraping and fraud.
- We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help run ChartsFun, under their own privacy terms: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Google (sign-in), our payment partner (payments), Resend (email delivery), and your broker if you connect one. We may disclose data if required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: to keep you signed in and for site security. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of an account deletion request, except payment records we must keep by law. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing grvvash1@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
